This ceremony was to celebrate the opening of the Cleveland Environmental Center at 3500 Lorain. Following the 5:00 festivities, a reception was held inside the building.
A ticket was required to enter the reception. You can see what the tickets looked like here. (They were the postcards that were mailed out to people to announce the ceremony.)
