Cleveland Clinic Foundation - J. J. North Office Building - Project Tour - 19 June 2008 - from 4-7 pm.

This project includes a fit-out of 118,100 square feet of medical offices. Occupancy will be subject to final tenant layout and will range between 500 to 600 people. The project has been designed and built to achieve Commercial Interior LEED Certification and to supply the Cleveland Clinic with healthy, sustainable office space for multiple departments. The building functions in some ways as an enabling facility for the in-process Heart Center. Bounded by Euclid and Chester Avenues, and 90th and 93rd streets, the J.J. North Office Building and Parking Garage will play a strong role as one of the bookends to the Clinic's grand entrance Allee. Look for more information on this project tour on the Workshops page.

Details: Parking will be in the parking garage accessed on 90th or 93rd street. Park on the southeast corner of the garage and take the elevator to the third level. There will be a presentation describing details of the project, a tour of the facility, and refreshments and networking time. Registration for this event will be done via checks to the Cleveland Green Building Coalition's office. Members will pay $25 per person and non-members will pay $35 per person. Register early! We are limited to only 50 participants. Send checks to the Cleveland Green Building Coalition at 3500 Lorain Avenue, Suite 303 Cleveland, Ohio 44113.

Baker Building - 7100 Euclid Avenue. - Project Tour

Dick Pace, from Cumberland Development was kind enough to share real numbers from his renovation of the old Baker Building. The event was very well attended and the amount of information shared was terrific. The following documents are available for those who requested them. We hope this will enable many people to see the economic benefit to green building and therefore spur more green building projects in the future.
